What made you initially interested to work at Johnson Motors & Johnson Ford? Was looking for a family-run, locally owned business who cared about their people.
How have you professionally grown over the past 10 years? I’ve had the pleasure of working with many rock stars in the company as we grew from an organization with barely 100 employees to a large group of car dealerships with over 250.
In looking back, have you seen many changes over those years? 4 large-scale renovations, 1 new franchise, new construction, and many, many forward-looking innovations.
From your perspective, what would you say are Johnson Motors & Johnson Ford’s greatest accomplishments over the years? Surviving the 2008 economic downturn with zero negative impacts, weathering GM Bankruptcy and mandated store renovations with grace and humility, and breaking sales and profit records consistently, again and again. It’s not a mistake, it’s a culture of success.
From your experience, what would you tell someone who is looking to work for Johnson Motors & Johnson Ford? Do the work and enjoy the results. It’s that simple!
What is one thing you wish you would have known before starting to work for Johnson Motors & Johnson Ford? I wish I’d joined them earlier! I spent a very long time “tolerating” a career that I thought was fulfilling. I had no idea I could enjoy working as part of a team so much as I do now.
Please share one memory of a funny situation/scenario that you’ve encountered, thanks to Johnson Motors & Johnson Ford, over the last 10 years. In 10 years with the company, I’ve occupied 10 different office locations. I’m no stranger to relocation!
